Rooms were decent and the bed was nice. We had a marvellous ocean view. Ideal location, a 10-15 minute walk from 7th street public market. Simple check-in and the staff was pleasant.

The rooms were bright, the staff was super, the location was beautiful. Light breakfast with lots of breads, eggs, hot waffles, bacon and pastries. Priceless hotel, unparalleled service. Near the beach that was good.

It had not so great views.

The hotel appeared to be comfortable and I loved location and staff. Downtown Charlotte district was definitely worth visiting. The pool was heated.

Lovely and nice rooms, very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious with lots of delicious options. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. Hot drinks at poolside bar, impeccable service.

moreover, wi-fi worked in all rooms. there is energy cafe serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.
